POLICIES & LEGAL INFORMATION
Sacred Ease Therapy | Gem Coleman, LPC
GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
In accordance with the No Surprises Act
Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of the expected cost of your mental health services before your first appointment.
What This Means for You
Before beginning services at Sacred Ease Therapy, you will receive a written Good Faith Estimate outlining the anticipated cost of care based on your treatment needs. This estimate is not a contract and does not lock you into a specific number of sessions — it simply ensures you have a clear picture of potential costs upfront.
Who This Applies To
You are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate if you are uninsured, or if you choose not to use your insurance for services.
What to Do If You Have Questions
If your bill is significantly higher than your Good Faith Estimate, you may be eligible to dispute the charges. For questions about your estimate or your rights under the No Surprises Act, please contact us at gem@sacredeasetherapy.com.

ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Our Commitment
At Sacred Ease Therapy, we believe that access to mental health support should be as barrier-free as possible. We are committed to ensuring that this website is welcoming and usable for all visitors, including those with disabilities.
Our Efforts
We strive to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This includes efforts to ensure that our site is:
Perceivable — content is presented in ways that can be seen, heard, or otherwise experienced
Operable — navigation and functionality are accessible via keyboard and assistive technology
Understandable — content is clear, readable, and predictable
Robust — our site is built to work with current and future assistive technologies
Financial Accessibility
We also recognize that cost can be a barrier to care. Sacred Ease Therapy accepts insurance through Headway and offers a limited number of sliding scale spots for those without in-network coverage. We never want finances to stand between you and support. Reach out and we'll see what's possible.

If you experience any difficulty accessing content on this site or have suggestions for how we can do better, please reach out to us at gem@sacredeasetherapy.com. We take all feedback seriously and will respond promptly.
